Wow, hard to believe it is that time of year again but Christmas is just around the corner! This Thursday, Carnduff will be kicking off the Christmas Season with our annual Downtown Carnduff Country Christmas Kickoff! Be sure to come on out and support our local merchants this Christmas Season. A schedule for the evenings events is as follows:
Late Night Shopping - Until 8:00 ~ Be sure to check out the deals that many of our local merchants are offering this season!
Market Days - 4:00-8:00 at the CE Building
Ping Pong Drop - 4:00 in front of Spencers and the Bank of Montreal. For the YOUNG children
Santa Pictures - 5:00 - 6:30 at the CE Building. First Come First Serve Basis. $5.00 per sitting, extra prints $1.00. All proceeds to the Carnduff Swimming Pool New Pool Fundraising Project
3rd Annual Chili Cook Off - Available for sale at 4:30 at the Friendship Centre
Baked Goodies - By the AGC Church available for purchase in the open lot by the Friendship Centre.
FREE Hot Chocolate & Coffee - Courtesy of the Bank of Montreal
Bonfire - in the open lot by the Friendship Centre by the Carnduff Ag Society
Santa`s Workshop - 4:30-6:30 at the CE Building. All children are invited to come out and create a special gift for their loved ones!
FREE Movie @ 6:00 at the Theatre Featuring: Alvin & The Chipmunks - A Chipmunk Christmas (64 minutes)
Scavenger Hunt - 6:00 for the teens/tweens, meet at the open lot by the Friendship Centre
Sleigh Rides - Watch for Santa's Entrance around 4:15 followed by sleigh rides from 4:45 - 5:45 (Weather Permitting)
Window Store Front Decorating Contest
Presentations at 7:30 in the open lot by the Friendship Centre
This evening let's all join together and turn on our Christmas lights to "Light Up" OUR town!!
